Job Title: Quality / QMS Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in line with quality and environmental objectives.
Conduct and coordinate Management Reviews, QMS promotion activities, and quality committee meetings to ensure effective implementation of quality systems.
Develop and conduct quality awareness and process training programs for factory operators, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external QMS, EMS, and compliance audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
Lead the technical evaluation of parts and products, ensuring conformity with drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
Manage CAPA, Non-Conformities, NCR/NHS/NRS, and lead structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone and 8D.
Monitor quality issues and present CAPA,



non-conformity and quality performance reports during monthly review meetings.
Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives, standardize quality practices across functions, and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supplier Quality and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve process performance.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial manufacturing setting.
Robust knowledge of QMS and EMS.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Experience in internal/external audits and Management Reviews.
Solid exposure to CAPA, RCA, 8D, NCR/Non-Conformity management.
Experience in quality training and operator awareness programs.
Good knowledge of quality improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
