Develop and optimize machining processes for Turning and Turnmill operations in aerospace component manufacturing.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and aerospace standards to define process requirements.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for precision aerospace parts.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace quality management systems.
Conduct time studies, cycle time reduction, and process capability analysis.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot machining issues and provide corrective actions.
Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Support current product introduction and ensure manufacturability of aerospace components.
