Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality front-end applications using React.js.
Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications as an Application Lead.
Act as the primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage team activities effectively.
Take ownership of team decisions and provide solutions to technical challenges.
Develop and integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement and manage state management using tools like Redux or MobX.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Facilitate team meetings, track progress, and resolve roadblocks.
Participate in testing using frameworks like Jest or Mocha.





Preferred Candidate Profile:
Robust experience in React.js development.
Proven experience as a Team Lead / Application Lead.
Valuable understanding of frontend development principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, or similar state management tools.
Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
Solid team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
