Role & responsibilities
Robust hands-on experience with enterprise network security platform (Cisco FTD / FMA 55xx & PaloAlto appliances )
Troubleshoot VPN tunnels IPSec-VPN, DMVPN & RA-VPN, GRE, coordinate with vendor - TAC , Application hosting Infra, DNS resolutions.
ISE & ACI Integration, Beyond Trust access and AD authentication familiarity .
Experience with Microsoft Azure networking and any industry standard ( SDWAN, Terraform , VWAN Hub - Spoke )
Understanding of Zscaler ZIA & ZPA traffic
Demonstrate familiarity with tools used for security analysis (eg, tcpdump, wireshark, snort,ngrep, nmap, et. Al).
Understanding of low latency , glitters outputs , Single Pass Parallel Processing (SP3) architecture
Understanding of high availability, redundancy, failover, and load balancing + VIP concepts




Support of network devices and security peripherals including Cisco switches & OSPF , BGP routing protocols
Perform operational engineering, platform upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless troubleshooting , integration of recent services and applications.
Identify the needs and performs a gap analysis to drive infrastructure operations maturity
Associate should individually work end to end tasks.
Openly coordinate with ISP and support evidences / logs and defence
Monitor health of firewalls through Solar wind.
Drafting & regularly update SOP. Presentation of WSR
Ensure adhere to client compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
