Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
Robust analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
