Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Perform Scan-to-BIM and CAD-to-BIM modelling (with/without Measurement)
Produce construction drawings, sheets, schedules, and documentation.
Create and modify Revit families.
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models in AS, MEP.
Follow company BIM standards and client requirements.
Participate in quality checks and resolve modelling issues.

Deliver assigned tasks within project schedules with highest quality.

Preferred Skills:
Scan-to-BIM (using Point Cloud)
CAD-to-BIM (using Engineering Drawing)
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) operations
Navisworks
Clash Detection
Dynamo
Revit Family Creation
