Role & responsibilities

Routing & Switching (Cisco & Juniper),Firewall (Cisco, Fortigate & Paloalto)F5 loadbalancer and WAF ,Cisco Wireless

Strong knowledge in Routing, switching, MPLS, firewall and load-balancing technology

Valuable analytic skill on Wireshark packet capture.

Troubleshoot major incidents and manage all the change requests

Ensure the documentation, Runbook, OPD, SOPs for all the Network related operations is in place

Manage the Network inventory and performance

Implementation of Network devices and firewall

Provide the required metrics and reporting

Capable to act as Shift lead and implement the scheduled activities in the shift

Positive Knowledge on Network Management & monitoring Tools ZOHO OpManager, Net-flow Analyzer,



Event Log Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager and Firewall Analyzer.

Capable to handle the customer face to face for operational issue and rectify it

Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers to resolve the complex issues

Exposure in configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC VPN

Follow the customer approval process for any network and security activities

Extensive knowledge on handling Data center setting.

Firewall rule compliance, configuration compliance, rule optimatization and recertification
