Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and customize Polarion solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Build Polarion extensions, plugins, widgets, and live reports using Java, JavaScript, APIs, and Apache Velocity.
Configure and administer Polarion artifacts such as Work Items, Documents, Plans, Test Runs, Permissions, and Traceability.
Integrate Polarion with enterprise applications, preferably Siemens Teamcenter/PLM, and support upgrades, defect fixes, and performance improvements.
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to testing and releases, and provide technical guidance and development standards.
Establish development best practices and provide technical guidance that strengthens solution quality and long-term sustainability





Job Requirements :
4–8 years of Polarion ALM development, configuration, customization, and support experience.
Robust expertise in Polarion workflows, work items, live reports, dashboards, forms, APIs, and extensions.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Apache Velocity, SQL, and Polarion plugin/extension development.
Experience integrating Polarion with Teamcenter/PLM and other enterprise systems, plus solution design and technical analysis.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; AI solution exposure is a plus.
