Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for strategic BFSI initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project governance.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with digital transformation projects in BFSI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and fintech solutions.
Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud solutions in BFSI.




Advanced analytics or AI/ML exposure in financial services.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI projects.
Solid knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced setting.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, GLBA).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
