We are looking for an Optometry Trainer to deliver high-quality training in refraction, dispensing, and optical processes to Lenskart's retail staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques.
Use role plays and cutting-edge methods to improve learning effectiveness.
Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback.
Develop and update training content as per business needs.
Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments.
Requirements
Bachelors in Optometry (mandatory).
2–3 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for store training.
