About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical SAS Trainer to join our team and train students/professionals aspiring to build careers in Clinical SAS.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver practical and industry-oriented Clinical SAS training
n
Train learners on SAS Programming, CDISC, SDTM & ADaM
n
Explain clinical trial data and programming concepts clearly
n
Provide real-time projects, assignments and interview preparation
n
Guide students on industry practices and career opportunities
n
Conduct assessments and track learner progress
n
Deliver practical and industry-oriented Clinical SAS training to students and working professionals.
n
Teach SAS programming fundamentals, including DATA steps, PROC steps, functions, formats, and macros.
n
Train learners on Clinical Trial Data Standards, including SDTM, ADaM, and CDISC concepts.
n
Provide hands-on training in clinical data analysis and reporting.
n
Guide students in creating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) used in clinical research.
n




Explain clinical trial datasets, domains, and programming workflows.
n
Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, exercises, and assessments.
n
Conduct live practical sessions, coding exercises, and project-based training.
n
Mentor students on real-time clinical SAS projects and industry best practices.
n
Identify learners' gaps and provide individual feedback and career guidance.
n
Prepare students for Clinical SAS interviews and job prospects.
n
Stay updated with SAS, CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and regulatory industry practices.
n
Collaborate with the academic/training team to continuously improve the course curriculum.
n
Maintain a qualified and engaging learning setting.
n

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAS Programming
n
Clinical SAS experience
n
Knowledge of SDTM & ADaM
n
Understanding of Clinical Trial Data

Good communication and presentation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring

Industry/project experience preferred
