Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources preferred.
1015 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in aerospace, aviation, defence, precision engineering, automotive, manufacturing or another regulated industry preferred.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
Experience in managing HR for a manufacturing/plant setting is highly desirable.
