Role Description:

As a Principle Engineer - Automation - Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the functionality of software products and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
n
Configure and deploy automation functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
n
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
n
Foster a team-oriented and supportive work workplace, promoting open communication and teamwork.
n
Demonstrate solid leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
n

Skills Requirements:

n

n
Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
n
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
n
Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices
n
Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
n
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
n
Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
n
Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.
n
Must Display Adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.
