We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our AI Microdrama team. You will be responsible for turning AI-generated video clips, raw footage, scripts, and creative assets into engaging short-form microdramas for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other vertical video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit AI-generated video footage into short, engaging microdrama episodes.
Follow scripts and storyboards to create the right flow and emotions.
Ensure character and scene continuity throughout the episode.
Add cuts, transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and other elements.
Maintain solid pacing to keep viewers engaged from the first few seconds.
Create videos in 9:16 vertical format for short-form platforms.
Work with the creative and AI teams to improve video quality and storytelling.
Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
Ensure the final video has proper audio, visuals, timing, and overall quality.
