Location: Remote/ Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team at INKA Insurance. The role involves understanding customer requirements, managing leads, and guiding customers through the complete purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities - Connect with customers through calls and WhatsApp to understand their insurance requirements.
Handle and follow up with leads.
Manage the complete sales process from initial interaction to policy issuance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and work towards achieving conversion targets.
Provide post-sales assistance and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
What We're Looking For - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working with calls, WhatsApp, CRM/lead-management tools, and spreadsheets.
Prior experience in insurance, sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
Weekend availability is required, with weekly offs scheduled on weekday.
