Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities):
At least 8+ years experienced with MS certifications, Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, Customization, Configuration, PCF, customer service module, Power automate flows.
Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Power Platform tools, focusing on Co-Pilot Studio and Agents.
Support AI integration within Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI and Power Platform solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members, supporting our Center
