Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Catalog Client Scripts.
Design and implement REST API and SOAP integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
Build and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, and custom user interfaces.
Configure and develop Flow Designer workflows and automate business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
Participate in ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching activities, and post-upgrade validation. Collaborate with business stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on experience in Service Catalog development, scripting, REST API integrations, workflow/flow development, portal customization, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications
