Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, including kick-off, requirement gathering, configuration, and go live support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during product implementation
Understand customer business processes and translate them into product configurations or custom solutions
Perform system configurations, workflow setup, and basic custom development only when required
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development & QA) to deliver customer requirements
Conduct product demos, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customers
Ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones and manage customer expectations effectively
Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions during onboarding • Maintain documentation for requirements, configurations, and deployment activities.

Preferred candidate profile





Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to interact with global customers (India, EU, US regions)

• Robust stakeholder management and presentation skills

Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, scripting, or similar technologies)

• Understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and configurations

• Ability to debug issues and work closely with Product Development & QA team

Customer-Facing Skills:

• Solid consulting mindset with a problem-solving approach

• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
