Job description:

Agenda, Minutes of Meeting & Documentation
Attend client and internal meetings and take notes on key points and decisions.
Prepare agendas before client meetings, in coordination with the Engagement Lead.
Prepare clear and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after each meeting, with action items, owners, and deadlines.
Make sure all decisions and next steps from client meetings are recorded and shared on time.
Prepare PPTs and Word documents needed for client sessions.

Project Management
Prepare and update Project Plans for client engagements, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Prepare Action Taken Reports (ATRs) for all clients, to track progress on decisions and commitments.
Support the design of interventions such as workshops, governance forums, and leadership development sessions.

Content Support
Carry out desktop research on family business topics such as governance, succession, leadership, and wealth transition.
Curate relevant social media posts and industry updates on family business topics.
Create content for Fabric Advisory's Facebook and social media pages, including posts and short articles.

General




Handle any ad hoc documentation, drafting, or research work for the advisory team.
Support senior consultants in preparing client presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to turn discussions into clear, well-organised documents.
Good note-taking skills and attention to detail, especially for client meetings.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI applications
Robust research skills able to gather and present information on business topics clearly.
Able to manage multiple documents and deadlines at the same time.
Discreet and qualified when handling confidential client and family information.
Self-starter, able to work well in a small, rapid-paced team.
Well organised, with solid attention to detail.
Strong learning orientation keen to grow and take on new responsibilities.
