We are looking for a Salesforce QA Developer to support functional, regression, API, and integration testing for Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios.
Develop test cases and test scripts.
Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications.
Execute regression testing.
Perform integration testing across Salesforce and external systems.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Validate Salesforce configurations and custom development.
Test Apex, LWC, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Perform defect retesting and regression validation.
Participate in sprint planning and refinement sessions.
Support UAT and release validation.
Maintain test documentation and test results.
Required Skills
4+ years of software QA/testing experience.
Salesforce testing experience.
Robust functional and regression testing experience.
API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
Integration testing experience.
Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Administrator or relevant Salesforce certification.
Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Basic understanding of Apex and LWC.
Experience with Salesforce APIs.
Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce release processes.
