Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical MEP systems related to underground metro stations.
Prepare BIM models and layouts for TVS and VAC systems as per project requirements.
Coordinate mechanical services with civil, structural, electrical, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, sections, and layouts from BIM models.
Review design drawings and identify clashes and constructability issues.
Conduct clash detection and coordination using BIM tools and resolve design conflicts.
Support site execution teams with updated BIM drawings and technical inputs.
Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for design modifications and technical clarifications.
Update BIM models based on site changes and as-built requirements.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide necessary design inputs.
Ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables as per project schedules.
