Manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and connectivity.
Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, and Threat Prevention.
Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
Manage Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Monitor infrastructure, servers, applications, and networks using PRTG.
Support network security, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, and incident response.
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security hardening, and compliance initiatives.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and audit evidence.
Work with vendors on infrastructure procurement, licensing, renewals, and support.





Required Skills
710 years of experience in Network & Infrastructure Engineering.
Solid hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, and VPNs.
Experience with AWS and Azure.
Experience with Windows & Linux Server Administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with PRTG or similar monitoring tools.
Positive understanding of network and endpoint security.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Jenkins/CI/CD is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
