Role & responsibilities
Own the full outbound motion into the US market ICP definition, list building, enrichment, sequencing, reply handling and meeting hand-off.
Operate Clay hands-on for enrichment, waterfall workflows and signal-based list building.
Run multi-channel outbound across email (Instantly), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and phone calls.
Build and maintain marketing and GTM automation in n8n or similar tools
Own HubSpot as the system of record lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, workflows and dashboards.
Use Claude, ChatGPT and other LLMs for account research, personalization at scale and content production.
Own SEO for the company website, plus GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) improving how often Tech.us is mentioned and cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Set quarterly GTM goals and report pipeline generated, meetings booked, funnel conversion and cost per prospect.
Create outbound copy, landing pages, case studies and long-form content for the US audience.
Build and coach a GTM team on a documented playbook.

Preferred candidate profile




10+ years in demand generation, account-based marketing, growth marketing or digital marketing.
8+ years in a leadership position managing other employees.
Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot and an outbound sequencing platform (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or equivalent).
Marketing automation / workflow automation experience — n8n or similar tools.
Practical SEO experience and a working understanding of AI search visibility.
Proven track record selling IT products and services into the US market, with specific deals and numbers.
Excellent written and spoken English, confident in live conversations with US clients.
Consultative selling ability — credible with US buyers on software delivery, offshore models and engagement structures.
Resilience to sustain high-volume outbound activity.
Willingness to work US-overlapping hours.
Hands-on GEO or AI visibility tracking experience.
Background at an IT services company selling offshore delivery into the US.
