What Youll Do

As a Trainee HR, you will:
Manage onboarding and induction activities, including appointment letters, agreements, BGV, and employee documentation.
Track 30, 90, and 180-day PMS reviews and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate Success Partner connects and employee engagement initiatives.
Track employee requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers.
Support HR audits, MIS, reports, and periodic status updates.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the Learning & Development team.
Contribute to HR process improvement,



automation, and technology initiatives.
Ensure timely and quality HR service delivery while adhering to organizational policies and processes.

Your Skillset :
MBA in HR/HRM or an equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with HR MIS, reporting, and documentation.
Awareness of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and leverage new technologies.
