Role & responsibilities
Manage inventory planning and control across warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability and

minimize stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor inventory performance metrics such as fill rate, stock aging, shrinkage, and inventory turns.
Work closely with supply chain, category, and operations teams to forecast demand and maintain

accurate inventory levels.
Identify process gaps and implement data-driven solutions to improve inventory accuracy and

efficiency.
Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to support decision-making and operational

improvements.
Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, manage slow-moving inventory, and optimize stock allocation

across locations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and stock reconciliation

processes.





Are you who we're searching for
24 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, or business analytics,

preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools to analyze inventory performance.
Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory planning, and warehouse processes.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-growth workplace with evolving business needs.
