MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be from Insurance Broking / General Insurance / Insuretech / Healthtech
• Proven track record of recent business acquisition, revenue generation, and achieving sales
• targets
• Strong experience in acquiring and managing corporate clients across Employee Benefits (EB) and/or Non-EB lines (Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, prospect, and acquire recent corporate clients across various industry segments.
• Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, strategic alliances, and market mapping.




• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Risk Managers.
• Strong Exposure in Employee Benefits and Non- Employee Perks products.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added
