Position :- Graphic Designer

Designation: Sr. Graphic Designer
Department: Creative Team – Corporate Events
Reporting To: Operations Manager / General Manager – Events
Location: BLR – 1
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization:Planning and illustrating concepts by designing rough sketches and layouts for final approval.
Design Creation:Producing final, high-quality graphics for diverse media, including digital advertisements, social media, brochures, and brand identity materials (logos, typography).
Collaboration:Working with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure designs align with business goals.
Brand Management:Ensuring consistent branding across all products and marketing materials.
Technical Execution:Utilizing design software (e.g., [Adobe Creative Suite], [Photoshop], [InDesign]) to prepare finished artwork.
Printing :Digital printing, flex & vinyl printing, and 4 colour offset printing.




Feedback & Revisions:Amending designs based on stakeholder feedback and ensuring accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency:Robust expertise in industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Design Principles:Comprehensive understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
Creativity:Proven ability to translate, concept, and, ideas into engaging visuals.
Communication:Ability to explain design choices and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Time Management:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience:A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

Common Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.

Salary – 1. Sr. Graphic Designer – Rs 40,000/- CTC
