Job Summary

Rizan Jewellery LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with relevant experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of jewellery accounting, inventory management, gold valuation, and hands-on experience with Wingold jewellery accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records for jewellery operations.
Handle sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, and bullion/jewellery accounting.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile gold, diamond, and jewellery stock records.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and assist with stock reconciliation.
Monitor accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and other management reports.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation.




Work extensively with Wingold jewellery accounting software.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field – Mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant – Mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience using Wingold software – Mandatory.
Prior experience in the jewellery, gold, bullion, or precious metals industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of jewellery inventory, gold valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost control.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Strong MS Excel and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
