Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Financial Services domain to work on enterprise software development and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions for banking, fintech, payments, lending, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers in Agile environments.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development teams.
Analyze financial business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process optimization.




Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills
Experience as a Business Analyst in IT Services or Software Product Development.
Experience working on Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Insurance projects.
Solid expertise in Requirement Gathering, User Story Creation, and Process Modeling.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to API integrations, digital banking platforms, payment systems, or financial applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
Experience working with global clients in a consulting or IT services workplace.
