Payroll & Compliance Manager
Manage monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave, deductions and F&F.;
Ensure timely compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Labour License, BOCW, WC Policy and other statutory requirements.
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 5–8 years in Payroll & Statutory Compliance, preferably in Construction/EPC
Skills: Payroll software/HRMS, MS Excel, PF/ESIC, labour laws and statutory compliance.
