We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef responsible for assisting in overall kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, managing inventory, and supporting efficient team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory management
Handle ordering, storage, and proper utilization of kitchen supplies
Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Ensure proper food presentation and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Chef/Sous Chef
Robust knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
Experience in inventory control and stock management
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
