JOB ROLE
10–15 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5–8 years in
Oracle Planning Cloud.
Must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and
full-scale Planning transformation programs.
Robust understanding of planning processes: statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP,
constrained planning, S&OP; cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand
balancing.
Experience leading global planning transformations across multi‑country or
multi‑BU organizations.
Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills
Analytical mindset with strong command over Planning KPIs and statistical
forecasting concepts
Solid storytelling and executive‑level presentation skills
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional
understanding)
Ability to operate in complex, rapid-paced environments with high ownership
