LIVE Eye News Service Pvt. Ltd. (LENS) is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing content team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of news video editing, visual storytelling, current affairs, and digital media.

Job Responsibilities
Edit breaking news, daily news reports, interviews, field reports, and special stories.
Edit high-quality video content for digital, YouTube, and social media platforms.
Edit political, business, entertainment, sports, and other news content.
Select and organize footage, sound bites, graphics, images, and other visual elements.
Add headlines, captions, lower thirds, subtitles, transitions, and graphics.
Ensure videos are accurate, engaging, clear, and publication-ready.
Work closely with reporters, producers, and the editorial team.
Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines, particularly during breaking news.
Maintain professional editing, accuracy, and visual storytelling standards.

Requirements




Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video-editing software.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or other graphics tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of news storytelling and current affairs.
Good sense of timing, visuals, sound, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in news, digital media, or video editing is preferred.
Candidates should have a portfolio/showreel of previous work.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.

Experience:
1–3 years of qualified experience in video editing, preferably in news, digital media, or a creative/content environment.

Certifications – Preferred:
Adobe Certified Professional – Premiere Pro or After Effects
Video Editing Certification
Motion Graphics
