Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine checks, inspections, and servicing of utility machinery and equipment.
Assist in the repair and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
Identify equipment faults and support the maintenance team in quick resolution of breakdowns.
Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
Follow scheduled preventive maintenance plans to avoid equipment failures.
Ensure proper lubrication, calibration, servicing, and operational readiness of utility equipment.
Strictly follow all safety procedures and protected work practices while handling machinery and utilities.
Maintain compliance with plant maintenance standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, observations, and breakdown details in logbooks.
Coordinate with senior technicians and engineers for troubleshooting and complex repair activities.

DG Set
Fire Fighting System
Chiller
Boiler
Air Compressor
Cooling Tower
Nitrogen (N₂) Plant
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
DM Plant (Demineralization Plant)
Raw Water Treatment Plant
