*Supervise daily restaurant floor operations
*Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
*Manage table allocation and service flow
*Train, guide, and motivate service staff
*Handle guest professionally
*Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 1 to 3 years as Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Basic knowledge of POS systems.
