Responsibilities
Own complex or high-risk master-data requests end to end, ensuring complete validation, correct approvals, accurate SAP execution and closure within agreed SLAs and control requirements.
Serve as subject-matter expert for assigned domains such as vendor, customer/Business Partner, material, BOM, routing, pricing and finance master data, including cross-domain dependencies.
Perform quality assurance, peer review and exception handling; identify recurring defects, lead root-cause analysis and coordinate sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
Guide and coach junior analysts, support onboarding and cross-training, maintain work instructions and act as first operational escalation point when the Team Leader is unavailable.
Partner with business requestors, European plants,



process/data owners and Group IT to clarify requirements, resolve complex cases and support launches or organizational changes.
Monitor operational KPIs, ageing and workload for assigned scope; recommend prioritization, capacity actions and service improvements to the Team Leader.
Support data governance, audit and compliance by maintaining controls, evidence, SOPs, access discipline, GDPR/PII handling and segregation-of-duties requirements.
Lead or contribute to cleansing, migration, testing, cutover, hyper care, workflow, analytics and automation initiatives, with working-hour overlap for the European business day.
