Role & responsibilities

Conduct basic inspection of solar systems and identify issues.

Address and resolve basic bill-reading/service-related issues.

Assist with online plant monitoring and customer registration.

Provide effective service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Follow company SOPs while performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Maintain proper safety standards and ensure zero safety violations.

Update service status and work details after each customer visit.

Travel daily within the assigned city/locations for field service.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical, Fitter, Welder or related technical qualification.

Experience: Freshers can apply; 0–1 year experience preferred.

Gender: Male candidates

Two-wheeler: Own bike is mandatory.

Driving License: Valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems/solar systems is preferred.
