Role & responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution: Lead complex automation assignments, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and on time.
Technical Guidance & Mentoring: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentoring junior engineers, conducting technical reviews, and driving improvements.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage project capacity, and ensure team utilization is optimized.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison, gathering requirements, providing status updates, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement & Documentation: Standardize execution methods, document technical, financial, and commercial information, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of automation products
