Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive with hands-on experience in ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365), strong negotiation skills, and expertise in direct and indirect purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, procurement planning, and cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct and indirect procurement of goods, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
Utilize ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365) for purchase order processing, inventory management,



and supplier tracking.
Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
Monitor market trends, assess risks, and implement cost-saving procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and Incoterms.
Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Expertise in direct and indirect purchasing.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement operations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
