Job Description:

Job Title : Lead SAS Programmer

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Remote

Responsibilities:
8+ years of solid hands-on SAS programming experience.
Strong end-to-end SAS programming experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with ADaM is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Base SAS, PROC SQL, DATA steps, macros, and SAS procedures.
Experience with R programming is a plus.
Experience in developing and validating clinical datasets and TLFs.
Valuable understanding of clinical data and statistical programming concepts.
Lead and execute end-to-end SAS programming activities for clinical studies.
Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting.




Create and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets, with solid hands-on ADaM experience.
Develop analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) according to study requirements.
Perform programming activities using SAS Base, SAS/MACRO, and PROC SQL.
Review programming specifications and translate them into efficient SAS programs.
Perform QC and validation of datasets and statistical outputs.
Ensure programming deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and project timelines.
Troubleshoot programming issues and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with Biostatisticians, Data Management, Statistical Programmers, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
