Role & responsibilities

Manage procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and service contracts.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Assist in negotiation of pricing, SLAs, payment terms, and contract conditions.
Coordinate contract review process with legal and finance teams. Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor renewal dates for software licenses, AMCs, and service agreements.
Ensure timely vendor onboarding and documentation compliance (KYC, agreements, NDAs).
Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice validation and payment processing.
Maintain procurement records and vendor performance data.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration.

Experience handling IT vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and service contracts.

Valuable understanding of contract terms and SLAs.

Solid negotiation and cost optimization skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

An analytical mindset with solid documentation skills.
