The SSP function is responsible for daily sales support function with addition to monthly/quarterly/annually closure and smooth processing of complete cycle of SSP.
The main missions of the role are :
Assurance of control of
Sales Support
Controlling and update customer masters with coordination of China Team.
Accounting and udpdation of Sales order, customer pricing, material pricing
Reconciliation of retro working, DN, CN
Processing as per SOP and control due deiligence of compliance check.
Maintaining monthly report
Reporting to Group SSP
Update timely KPI
All kind of audit support. Resolve audit queries on timely basis.
Handling customer portals.
Co-ordination and colalboration with cross function to get work done smoothly.
Support in all kind of Digitalization and Automation Project.
General
Be an expert of SAP from purely Accounting perspective (FI and MM Module)
Proactively assisting in completion of Statutory and Internal Audits, conducted on time to time basis
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have to be:
BCOM /MCOM / Masters Degree with a specialisation in core Accounting
2 to 3 years of experience in a financial role including transaction processing supervisory experience
Computer skills including solid excel and finance system skills, familiar user of ERP systems including SAP
Valuable organizational skills and teamwork sense
Solid management skills
Fluent in English
