Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Complete knowledge and hands-on experience in import purchasing and global supply chain management (mandatory).
End-to-end responsibility for PRPO processing, delivery management, and supplier management.
Ownership of OTD (On-Time Delivery), supplier collaboration, and issue resolution.
Ability to analyse demand vs. supply and take proactive decisions.
Procurement/ sourcing expertise from GIS Switchgear or Automobile or related sector.
Solid negotiation skill on deliveries, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA / SRM mandatory.
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Supplier account reconciliation and follow-up.




Familiarity with import procurement processes, logistics, customs activities, regulations, and compliance standards.
Exposure to Global Supply Chain, BIS requirements, and Global Business Trade Agreements.
Positive understanding of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.Role & responsibilities
