Role & responsibilities

Source loan applications from the open market through direct customer acquisition and existing relationships. Identify and approach potential customers such as SMEs, self-employed individuals, traders, manufacturers, and business owners. Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business. Leverage existing customer networks and market relationships to consistently generate quality leads. Understand customer business profiles, financial requirements, loan eligibility, and funding needs. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer interaction to login and disbursement. Fill the required quote form for every customer to capture customer and business details accurately. Ensure every eligible customer's journey is completed through the Tide portal, including accurate data entry and required documentation. Source IDFC FIRST Bank and Roar Bank credit card applications from the open market. Identify suitable customers for credit card products and explain product features, eligibility, and benefits.



Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information and required documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, credit assessment, sanction, and disbursement. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to improve conversion and TAT. Develop a robust understanding of the business lending landscape, products, pricing, eligibility criteria, and competitive offerings. Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify recent business opportunities. Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and credit card sourcing targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
