Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration.
Develop and implement automation scripts using Apex, LWC, or other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom applications and integrations on the Lightning Web Components (LWC) platform.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to data migration, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for cloud security, governance, and risk management.

Job Requirements




Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Force com objects, fields types, relationships between them, and data modeling concepts.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Apex.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines.
