Job Profile:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our Sales team in planning and coordinating industrial
exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and other marketing activities.The ideal candidate should
have good communication and coordination skills, be organized, proactive, and interested in
B2B/industrial marketing.
Coordinate with exhibition organizers regarding registration, stall booking, passes, timelines, and other
requirements.Coordinate internally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and other teams for exhibition
requirements. Assist in arranging machines, product displays, brochures, catalogues, banners,
promotional materials, and other exhibition items. Coordinate with external vendors for stall
fabrication, transportation, and exhibition-related services.Support preparation of exhibition invitations,
email communications, presentations, and promotional content.
Coordinate with the Sales team for lead follow-up and status tracking.
Support other marketing and business development activities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements :




Pursuing or recently completed BBA / B.Com / MBA Marketing /
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Should be proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned activities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
