Role & responsibilities
Overall monitoring and control of all incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries across business functions.
Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic stock counts and physical inventory checks.
Develop and implement planograms as per business requirements, including location changes and planogram standardization.
Supervise and manage a team of up to 100 employees, including performance evaluation and staff development.
Conduct interviews, support recruitment, and provide training and onboarding to recent employees.
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and deliveries in the database and prepare regular reports.
Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure accurate TO/TI reconciliations and maintain robust control over Goods in Transit (GIT).




Drive reduction in stock damages, expiries, pilferage, and overall shrinkage.
