Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT Asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly hardware/software inventory checks and ensure accurate asset records in ServiceNow/CMDB.
Handle asset allocation, recovery, and audit-related documentation with strict compliance to internal policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues, including OS configuration, installations, and device setup.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, maintenance activities, replacements, and service follow-ups.
Prepare and analyze asset reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow dashboards.
Support recent joiner onboarding including laptop setup, OS installation, VPN configuration, and basic software deployment.
Manage material inward/outward, STN creation, transfer orders, and stock distribution with location-based asset admins.
Handle printer/scanner issues, toner tracking, and consumable stock management.




Ensure timely closure of incident, asset, and request tickets within SLA, including resolving escalations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
25 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (hardware + software).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Module, CMDB, and ITAM processes.
Experience in hardware troubleshooting, inventory control, and asset reporting.
Ability to manage procurement-to-disposal lifecycle with accuracy and compliance.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and VPN configuration.
Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills with ability to handle escalations.
Comfortable working in rapid-paced environments with multi-team collaboration (HR, Procurement, Vendors).
Should possess a degree in Engineering/Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
