Roles and Responsibilities
Lead process transformation projects using Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Celonis.
Develop and maintain process maps, models, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement current processes or modify existing ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze data from various sources to measure the performance of business processes and identify prospects for optimization.
Provide training and support to clients on BPM best practices and tool usage.
