We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and customizing SPM modules, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow SPM solutions.
Implement and customize ServiceNow SPM modules including:
Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Resource Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
Configure dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility.




Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills
Solid experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow SPM/PPM related certifications preferred.
Experience working in Agile delivery settings.
